The flywheel was cut to 0.610 and i ordered a new fork and pivotball i might shim the ball to compensate for the cut off the flywheel. I tried bleeding the line a million times i dont think theres an air pocket. And the slave cylinder is not leaking so i dont think that is the problem.
Nope 1g are not cable. The clutch has a lot of free play and feels spongy. Iv tried adjusting it but its all the way out and only felt a little better.

I'm talking about pin 4 at the ecu plug its a white wire then connects to a black that I dont know what it goes to. I posted a pic theres that white wire that comes from the big ecu plug then goes into another white wire and a black wire the black wire I am unsure of.
Quick question I was doing a wire tuck and wanted to shorten all of the wires for the ecu and realized the knock sensor wiring is covered with braided wire like a ground. How should I reconstruct that? Since I cut the braided wire in half.

If you use the right gaskets the outside one comes with a built in bead of it. The inside and outside gaskets are different. No rtv needed. Also two nuts backing the stud out is the way to go. :thumb:
Sounds like to me the previous owner did not put the fuel pump assembly in right. take off the fuel pump cover under the rear seat and check the top of the gas tank to make sure the assembly is in properly. He could have put the seal on wrong or not even put the circular hold down on. If a fuel...
No it will not pass, you need to pass the visual. I'm sure if the tech does not look at the egr, or the canister you will pass, but if he looks and sees they are not hooked up acording to the pa inspection book it will fail.

"stronger oil flow" "higher oil pressure" is a bad thing for MHI turbos it causes premature wear on the bearings. You would have to restric it down anyway. I think i will ditch the filter and save it for another turbo and just run the ss line from head to turbo.

So I found out why it is not building boost... The turbo somehow locked up at the exhaust side bearing and snapped in half... How does that happen? Not enough oil? to hot? Anyone ever have this happen to them?
Im just breaking in my newly rebuild 6 bolt, and my car will not build boost. I checked for boost leaks, evap leaks, and checked the turbo it spins freely. What are some things to look for when a turbo will not build boost?
I know you can go to any county to get it done, but they have to do the test that your county needs. Example, if I take my car to pottsville (no emissions needed) they would still have to put an emissions sticker on my car, because I live in an emissions county.

Thanks for yhe help to answer, yes the injectors are firing fuel the plugs are soaked.It could be the coolant temp sensor. I will swap that out with another one. No i do not have any logging system. I also tried rotating the CAS 180, but no luck so i switched it 180 back.Thank you!
My 1g does not want to start at all. This is the first start up. It has spark, fuel, compression. But it is not making a sound of wanting to start, no spuddering nothing just turning over. Anyone have this problem on first start up?
