I just bought a 6 bolt 4g63 swapped 1990 plymouth colt and I believe one of these axles is aftermarket, any chance someone might know what it is? Using a 1991 fwd transmission. If it is aftermarket would you keep that axle or convert to the half shaft setup? I'm haven't completely decided on...

When mine blew the head gasket from a warped head due to overheating it did the same thing in your video. So I would agree with you, it's probably the head gasket and possibly a warped head/block.
Well, if it still has the stock T25 it should be at full spool by 2500rpm possibly earlier being that yours has an aftermarket intake and your boost level will be 13-14 stock.
I'm not sure about the OD issue, but the cut hoses on the firewall go to the heater core and for the electric connectors look here:

2GNT.com - ECU_PinoutIf you have a early model 1996 with single plug ECM, the pin out is about identical to the 1995 ECU. If you have a later model 1996 with the two plug, the pin out is almost the same as the 1997 ECU. Good luck
