    I took the alternator back to the remanufactured to have them test it then I was told that the alternator was not charging at all, he suspected the regulator was destroyed.     Look herehttp://www.ecmtuning.com/wiki/injbatadjI am adding 10ms in the fuel tab to my injector deadtime to adjust fuel trims. The only real change you need to make is the global setting so the computer knows what % to adjust for the difference between 450cc and 680cc.

    There should be a data sheet that will tell you what the deadline is at different voltages for those injectors. You have to get it as close as you can reasonably. If you do it right you should only need small deadtime adjustments in the fuel tab to get fuel trims in line.

    Not sure, i think not. You can pop the center vent out easily. Maybe then remove the right hand side kick panel or the radio and you might be able to get in there. Itll probably suck but it seems accessible. If left unplugged it won't won't hurt anything. You might just have cold air blowing...

    So that im pretty sure that connects to the fresh air control or whatever its called. Look at the center vent and the right side has a knob that controls the mechanism for that, the other side of the cable connects to the hvac unit under the dash kinda behind the ecu but up a little higher.

    Ya, it is a zip tie that has one of those body panel tips on it for mounting flush for harness routing. The valve involved does not seem bent but it does visibly close after the valve right next to it that did not have this happen to it. It's strange, like within a few degrees of cam rotation...
