Mine just turned 19 last month. Bought it new in Aug of '96. Mine is far from stock though, LOL. Started life as a GST but became AWD in 2013.

I had offers of $200 for mine but since they are becoming harder to find in that condition I tried $300 for mine. Mine were used for 2 years before I took them out for some Corbeau's . I just wasnt quite ready to get rid of them.

As old as some of those posts are they are still very accurate. I completed mine a year or two ago and everything was still very accurate. Keep in mind you need to keep the filler neck hose to the gas tank because it is different sizes from GST to GSX and they don't sell them new anymore...

I may be wrong but I cant imagine a shop rebuilding a motor with performance parts like you listed for only $1500 when pistons, rods and bearings will cost you close to $1000 and that doesn't include any machine work that needs done to the block or crank plus gaskets seals... Then your asking...

try changing the plugs first, cheaper than the coils but it could be the coils causing the plug to foul. The car is loosing power and shaking because it is running on 3 cylinders.

Here is the energy suspension ones installed in mine. I did the bushings for the Upper control arms and the lower along with the knuckle.

Low on coolant or you have air in the lines. Try burping the coolant system.

How old is your radiator cap? I noticed when the gasket on mine started to wear out that the pressure leak it created caused mine to overflow. Cheap easy fix to try before you get all worried your HG is blown.

Anyone have any issues with these and the in car temps? I know a couple I have looked at say not to keep in temps above 120 degrees and since I live in Florida during the summer my in car temps can get over 120 pretty easy when it is parked. I would hate to have one go off because the temps...
