I just installed my timing belt, I put it back together and it started and ran for ten minutes. When I was checking everything I saw the belt was real loose. What could cause that??
Im installing bc 272s, when i set them in the exhaust cam doesn't sit flush. Btw pistons 2&3 are at the top. Do I still torque the caps or do i have to be in tdc? The cam gears are lined up too.
So I had a machine shop budget build my n/a 6 bolt with turbo pistons, it had about 10000 miles on it and the timing belt broke on the highway. I tried uploading a picture but it says it's too big but the timing marks are all jacked. The dowel pins are way off. What can I expect? ??
Just like the title says, oil is leaking from the valve cover bolts. I have a new felpro valve cover gasket set, also I have a VC bolt set from STM.I think it has something with my oil pressure I don't have balance shafts and on start up, its up there like 80psi with 10w30 Pensoil.Any help...
