I would boost leak test it you could blew a vacuum line off or intercooler pipe on the hard pull and that would explain a lean idle.

Stock fuel pressure on a manual is 37psi. I could be wrong though.

The problem with my car was the wiring harness was all hacked up. I changed the wiring harness and it runs good now.

Everything looks really good but why cheap it out on an China turbo.

That's what I thought but I kind of stumped why it doesn't change when I unplug it and it doesn't move from 19.1 till the cast is started. Then it will seem a little high like around 65 hz at idle.

When my car is off the maf in dsmlink shows 19.1 hz, shouldn't it be 0? I unplugged the maf and it still showed 19.1. By the way I have a GM maf with maft all zeroed out.

Its supposed to go to zero.

Sell you shouldnt have a unreliable dsm with a kid on the way its a smarter choice in the long run.

My gsx is so loud over bumps all the windows rattle if there all the way down i think this is a common problem with 2gs.

Blt then if everything is good and sealed check for shaft play.

Dont sticker bomb random parts on your car just keep it on the bumper it will look dumb if you do it every where.

Check your timing marks make sure there all aligned.

Thats pretty much normal with 14b housings mine looks exactly the same when i pulled it out. I dont know if it actually does harm though but you could always upgrade to a 7cm housing or 16g.

set your fuel pressure at 37.5 first unless you have dsmlink because your probably running pretty rich.

change your alternator fuse it might look good but the same thing happened to me.

Your probably going to have to remove the booster. I had the same exact problem your having and i took the booster out and i twisted the pedal assembly right out.

120 is low it might be your problem it might not but i would follow up with a leak down test and go from there.

Maybe try doing a boost leak test. But if anything vaccum would be lower after letting it run then increase. Kinda sounds wierd.

To be honest what grounds should i check? Im a total idiot when it comes to electrical.The ground from the intake manifold to the firewall wasnt tightened on the intake side tightened it and all problems went away.
