Would that cause it to run any different? Or would that be any harder to tune? Because you could run megasquirt and the stock ECU then and not have to worry about emissions at all and still have it run well

I'm going to completely stay out of boost for sure. I ordered the sensors today with the bungs to weld in, I also found a friend who has extra stock injectors and the pigtail harness so I'm gonna get it all together and try to get my emissions done finally

How would my car run with stock injectors then wired to the stock ECU and megasquirt wired to everything else? Just really nervous about damaging my built motor

I think once I go parallel and get my emissions tested finally I will pull the stock ECU and harness out and only run megasquirt. I plan on living somewhere else in the next 2 years so I won't need to worry about emissions after that

Yeah I know it takes like 100 miles or something like that for the status to be "ready" for a code that was fixed. My worry is running for a week with 550cc injectors that are running off of the stock ECU

What kind of intake air and coolant temp sensors are needed?That would be cool. The only thing that's left is buying the intake air temp and coolant temp sensors wiring those in, and then probably going to go to the junkyard to pickup the injector pigtail
