Well a turbo that well get you in to the 9s is going to suck on the street. It just would be to big and would not spool up at low rpm. I run a holset H1C and I see full boost at 3.7-4k and it will not get my car into the 10's let alone 9's.
It should work just fine if the part numbers are the same . I just googled it and the part is only few buck so I would just order one, if it fits great if not no big deal.

cleaning, checking to make sure block/head is true and square and if need be have it decked, align honed, bored. Also would like to get a valve job done to my head to but that will be down the road.
