I'm dealing with the same issue (Except on a 16G) and I cannot get the stock oil return to bolt up... Its a few MM off.May be drilling and modifying... Or looking to buy new.
I recommend finding pipes that fit correctly so you have the correct lip to avoid couplers blowing off. Do a google search; you can find just about anything you need.
You could do a battery relocate and move fuses to the glove box. Also, reuse the existing hole/grommet (passenger side just below the glove box) for all gauges / interior electronics.Good luck!
Hi:I would not recommend turning with a SAFC unless you have a wideband AF gauge. Here is a link to a website with explanation on install and turning with a SAFC.The BOV you heard was probably vented to the air Although different BOV do have different sounds.
I've been looking to scrap out the grey interior of my 95 GSX in exchange for black as well.... If only that magical cheap part out would hit the classifieds!
