Bleeder style boost controller, has one spring and ball inside.
Has two nipples on it top one goes directly to the wastegate and the bottom nipple goes to a boost source, on the opposite side of the wastegate nipple these a small needle size hole.

Your defiently getting a random misfire but maybe not as obvious enough enough to throw a code, check the cables and spark plugs go on the easy stuff first before you go big.
