Doesn't sound right. You need to run bpr6es or bpr7es gapped at .028http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/frequently-answered-dsm-questions/233421-spark-plug-faq.html
Its a 95, and the local dealer is new so I might just have to find one that's been around a little longer. They really didn't seem to know what they were doing, either. :toobad:
I've had my fair share of vehicles as well, all within the past 4 years1995 Corolla - bad ass DD
1986 Cutlass Supreme - meh, not for me, but atleast it was free
1998 Stratus - brakes failed first time I drove it
1996 Sunfire GT - I don't know why I bought this, but I did
1992 Eclipse GS -...

You're suppose to make adjustments a 1/4 turn at a time, and have a friend push the slave rod to make sure you don't block the relief, otherwise you'll never fully engage the clutch. If you adjust for the most throw and are still having problems with disengagement, then it is likely a worn pedal...
If you're getting ECMlink, then you don't need a translator. ECMlink sells the adapter cable on their website, which will run straight from the GM maf to the stock connector.Edit: Beat me by less than a minute...
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-electrical-wiring/302812-1991-1994-ecu-swap-into-1990-dsm-ignition-wiring.htmlThere's everything you should need to know. I use to know the differences off the top of my head, but I finally got rid of my 90 and all of its complications.
DSM Forums - View Profile: silvreclipsThis guy seems to be running a similar setup, and he recommended the values above. I won't be able to give you much more information due to being a 4g63 and having a 1:1 increase, so I really hope someone will chime in with more knowledge of the 420a.
http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/420a-bolt-tech/332914-fuel-pressure-stock-420a.htmlQuick search yielded this result, says you should be no lower that 45 psi, and ideally around 50 psi.
Where would oil or coolant leak into the downpipe? There's a good possibility that a seal in the turbo is going as well, a small enough amount of oil could cause it to burn white. But I'll stick with the leak down suggestion, it will give us more to work with.
There's been a lot of No-start threads lately. Try reading this: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-miscellaneous/217951-how-diagnose-no-start.html
Possibly a relay as well. It's hard to tell in all honesty, but here's a thread that may help.http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/articles-miscellaneous/217951-how-diagnose-no-start.html
I'd say his 120 compression is a result of the 6 year old composite gasket. He needs to retest and post results, and I agree, perform a leak down vs another compression test.
Honestly, your car is just that. YOURS. If I want my car fast, I'll make it fast. If I want my car clean, then I'll do that too. Too many people focus on what others will think, I just do what I want and that's how it should be. If someone has a problem with how I do things, then they can look...
I think it might be from the unanswered threads link you get when you're a probationary member....except it was already answered...I'm a little slow at this hour
With a street car, I've always found a higher CR better, since a decent portion of driving will be done off boost, and better mpgs(l/km). As far as fuel economy goes, a 20g at 25psi will not likely fair well unless you're highly skilled in the art of hypermiling. And as far as rebuild options...
He posted that he did a compression test, and said 120s across the board. That seems really low though, and leak down tests will usually help to pinpoint problems easier. Were you reusing your head bolts, or are you using studs?I know that if I run just slightly rich, I have a little bit of...
