Sorry to hear about that bud. I dont want to be the one to bear the bad news but from the sounds of it I think you may have lost oil pressure and locked up the motor. Can you recall if there was oil pressure at the time this happened? Improper break in could of been an issue. And will the motor...

That's good to hear, congrats on no more hiss! Just keep an eye on it because your ECU might be ready to go in the garbage!

Clean and Re-clean everything and double check tension. If that doesnt solve the problem then It could always be the pump or pulley itself if the bearings are bad.

x2 for not putting 100 shot with a stock bottom end! Thats just asking for problems. As for me I like boost better and wouldnt want the extra stress put on my DD!

Then you should be all set! As long as the leak isnt excessive then it is normal for 1g 6 bolts to leak boost out of the dipstick. I know a few people who actually bought a dipstick from STM so the dipstick wouldnt pop out. Also check to see if your pcv valve is working properly.

Most likely it is insensitivity yes!!!! I can run my GSX without the fans running for an easy 30 minutes on the highway before I see much of a gain in temp. If you dont have any problems with it getting up to normal running temp then you should be okay. You can always get a diagnostic tool and...

I would recommend getting the ECU checked over. Is it leaking or does it have a weird rotten smell to it at all?

I am going to have to agree with coryd21 on this one. Eventhough the pump isn't pressurizing the system, when you turn you will still push around the existing fluid. if any of the lines are leaking or the rack itself had a malfunction then it could easily leak fluid. Clean and Re-clean...

Try spraying soapy water on everything when you do the boost leak test, that way whatever is leaking will blow bubbles thus making the boost leak test more efficient. As for the air coming from the dipstick tube that is normal. You can always do a compression test just to make sure your rings...

Look into fuelab products they have really good fuel management and exauhst is always good too. I'm not sure where you can get just the o2 sensor, you could always try contacting bosch or something bud.

Not many DSMers around me and erie is only an hour away so im down for a meet. I will be going to Florida in May sometime so let me know some specifics.

Good places to start are always fuel management, clutch upgrades, injectors, or maybe even look into some turbo setups. Always make sure to have a boost gauge and wideband o2 sensor for your air fuel mixture.
