Make sure air is not going back in the system through the slave cylinder and that it is not leaking through there. Did you replace with OEM unit? Could be a possibility that it was a bad part.

I fixed one of the issues, I can now do a WOT pull till redline. But it looks like I still need values greater than 105. Should I decrease global?

Check CL i have seen a couple lately.

I believe you can check if the o2 sensor is working properly using a voltage meter. Give it a try. I also think you can tell Link to simulate the rear o2 as you narrowband. If this works better you know that your front o2 is shot. Hope it helps you start to tackle the problem.

I've done my hood matte black as well with plasti-dip and by the looks of it, i can bet you were going to fast with every layer of black. I would suggest you go a little slower and follow the cans directions as for how far away the surface. I would also recommend you get the DipNozzle i used it...
