And for any mods to increase boost Ive done nothing. Right now all Im using this car for, for now is to get to school and back while im getting my talon running...Havent really had time...

Well like you said it does spool but it is pretty slow. I do have the 2g manifold im replacing them with i just need to go bring them in and get it cleaned up a bit. Either that or ill just take in the headers on it in to the shop and see what they can do to seal it up.

I think I know excattly what. You problem is. See these cars have a batch style multi port injection which means that the pcm is controlling two injectors so check out the drivers in the pcm
Something Else you might want to look at is the timing. Now i know you replaced the timing belt but it can jump timing. Just check it and make sure that its good then you can cross that off the list if its good.

Yes That Bulb Needs To Have A ground so ground the bulb to the chassis or the other wire going to the injector. It most likily sounds like the PCM or ECU isnt sending an output to those 2 injectors or it could be that there might be an open somewhere on the wires going to the injectors. right...

i would go to your nearest mechanic shop and see if they could loan you a block tester. basically what it is is a test tube looking thing that sucks gases out of your radiator (if there is some) and if the dye turns yellow then you definitly have a head gasket blown
you might have wanna check the valve/valve seats. these are in the cylinder head and when they get worn down oil can pass through the intake or exhaust valve and be burned up with the air/fuel mixture in the cylinder. its gonna be a real task to figure out if this is it but its worth it.
