The rust they are talking about is a red powedery rust. It's different then ## normal rust on.a bolt or body. It knda takes a trained eye to see it. And this is a rust that develops when bearings start to deteriorate.

YES!!!! AND YOU CAN NEVER BELIVE IT UNTIL YOU TRY IT. It makes craftsman seem like junk. When u so it everyday and hate struggling snap on is worth every penny. My set of just regular box wrenches cost me almost $400, but I just hate using anything else now.
Welp I did check for spark on all cylinders all looked fine. Checked cam timing, nothing found. Eventually after messing with it for awhile I found the plug on the ICM came loose. Pushed it back on and now it runs fine.Thanks guys
