The rust they are talking about is a red powedery rust. It's different then ## normal rust on.a bolt or body. It knda takes a trained eye to see it. And this is a rust that develops when bearings start to deteriorate.

Welp I did check for spark on all cylinders all looked fine. Checked cam timing, nothing found. Eventually after messing with it for awhile I found the plug on the ICM came loose. Pushed it back on and now it runs fine.Thanks guys

The wires are a couple moths old and plugs I just changed cause they fouled out. But its only 3 and 4.

I have tested both of them and both coil packs are about 13k ohms. How else should I test it?
