This shavings are from machining the housing, there was no contact from the compressor wheel. I have not looked into the intercooler yet but that might be a good advise to blast some pressurized air through it before starting the car again. I hope the shavings are just in the "sealing" rim so...

I welded a return line fitting on the pan and used oil resistant paint for that... but I sanded the pan after killing the first turbo so that isn't an issues. Yeah I know that I won't get much boost without load but that sound killed my mood of trying the drive the car.

Did not test the oil pressure but coming straight from the oilfilter I can't think of any reason not having oil pressure. I didn't run it hard yet, the hardest run I did is what you see in the video, beside that the car was just idleing.But that turbo doesn't sound right? Because I hear it...

I would go with 850ccm a AFPR and AEM-320lph pump. That is what I'm using with a 16G Evo3 and it is a good match. Yes you can also use a 255lph Whinbro, but AEM doesn't whine so it would be a better chooice. With that setup you can reach 350-370hp on E85 without running out of fuel.

The car is equipped with a airflow sensor, so no spool = no Airflow. It will run without the arm and it will also build some boost at very high rpms (acctually feels like NA but might get upto 5Psi).

AWDs are very rare, they were only sold in south-germany and austria. They are hard to find and hard to search because mitusbishi named them: GS .... so most people don't know that they are something special.

My fist question would be: what time do you run with the stock car? I would also say you might need a 14B or 16G to run 12s. But with a 14B and without taking any weight out of the car it might be a hard challenge.
