    Awesome thanks man! The trans was torn apart to try and diagnose this issue the first time I had it happen. They couldn’t find anything wrong and I threw it back in and within 25 miles the problem came back. so something like the selector pin would make a lot of sense.

    Yes although a lot of the the "bigger cams" do require upgraded valve springs, the Hks 272's were designed to run fine with a completely stock valvetrain. Like many dsmer's on here I am currently running the Hks 272's in a completely stock 2g head without any issues.
