Well it works out that i want to do a Safc anyways so its already setup. I dont want a crazy stupid talon just something for fun. So link for me is a bit too much to handle at this point.
Definatly sounds like the ac compressor. Id pop the hood with it running though and make sure everything is spinning. Make sure that no pulleys are seized up and grinding your drive belts away. Dont want to loose that water pump
The easiest way to check that is to make sure there is voltage on both sides of the fuse. Use a test light to check that. Saves some time at least in my opinion.
Intake valves and exhaust valves shouldnt be swapped for eachother. The exhaust valves are made of tougher material to take the heat from the exhaust gasses flowing over them. You would probably break one of the intake valves doing so and thus be out another engine.
Make sure all of your hoses and everything is tight. Also i dont know if you did a reset on your comp id pull the neg battery cable for about 10 min and see it that helps. Make sure your maf is connected and that you didnt pull any wires out when you removed peices and parts.
I havnt used these valves but dsm graveyard has been very good to my in the past with sending quality parts and always having good service. And from what the site is saying they use these in theyre builds.
Has anyone thought of the coolant temp sensor? If your ecu doesnt know the temp of the engine it could do all type of crazy things. Are your fans running constantly?
I think you have something electrical a mis there. I was having the same problem with fouling out plugs and turned out info wasn't getting to the ecu. Make sure that with all of your swapping of parts that you didnt miss plugging something in or break a connection somewhere. My car stayed in...
I know its an old thread but since Hyundai started out with the help of Mitsu a lot of componants we use are the same. So if you also were looking for other wheels use hyundai rims as long as its the five bolt pattern. We use the same centering dimensions for our hubs.

Id say just recheck all of your wiring and make sure nothing is grounded that shouldnt be or what not. But also if you car doesnt have abs and is running right other than the annoying light why dont you just pull the bulb for the abs? Just my two cents.
