yah the bov leaks its butt off at low psi ..I bought a CX racing intercooler kit It came with a cheap BoV purple one .... Im gonna give it a shot when i get the car back together ...Replacing oil cooler and radiator right now.:thumb:Thanks alot guys.

just wanna say thanks ... i thought it was normal for it to bleed off fast... the stock bov leaks it's wang off steady sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss even at 3psi ..but there's a major leak somewere for sure ...sounds like its inside the motor somewhere ?

Its crazy ... But it seems like its dropping anywhere from 1psi to 5 psi at high rpm.The Boost ET is almost dead on with my gauge .This was with the stock side mount and BLT to 20psi nothing .. Well a very minor leak at FPR and 1 injector -o-ring both were very minor it took like 8 sec's to...

LoL i just said the heck with it .... I went ahead and got the Inter-cooler and V3 lite.Sofar so good seams fairly easy still working my way around the tuning...The good thing the car is only seen 0.4-1.2 * of knock even with my IDC @ 114.6% @ 15psi so needless to say its time to...

you can see in the video the valve seal on the cyl all the way to the left is leaking..I doubt its the oil ring just due to it stops when it warms up.I built a Olds one time and didn't check after installing the rings and it smoked 10x worse then that with only 1 piston with the rings aligned...

No doubt its a crazy thing for sure...But i did check the fuses they looked good but i would have never guessed that the problem was at the battery lol... That whole setup will be changed asap..

Well for the last few days i was tinkering with the car ... Replaced shift cables /plugs/egr delete/all a/c items and the bracket/ and also doing some minor re wires and stuff....Well i got everything back together and went to start the car.....crank crank crank .... what the heck...

LoL i threw the plug away yesterday and the trash man came this morning ...Can anyone tell me the size of the Thermal Vacum plug ...I removed egr/emissions can all vacumlines for everythign . Fuel pump rewire .Removed everything a/c including the bracket and boost leak tested everything...

Well i got the car back to work threw it up on the lift fixed the oil leak found out it has a brand new xfer case lol.... and a reman trannie..and started looking closer at the cables after i let it back down and found that the shift cable is smoked.. Its not broken but about 40% of the cable...

Well its gonna be the trans i guess... I checked everything most of everything was low .... but the cables are shot and the brackets are junk along with all the mounts for the motor and trans. i have access to a lift so it shouldn't be a big deal.Ill try to grab some pics while im doing this...

I do wheel seals almost daily(On Big Rigs) and i would say i think its ok... but depending on how much the seal cost i would just remove it and i reinstall a new .You can clearly see were the old one use to seal at on the shaft it's self i would reinstall it there.Did the old one leak...

Honestly i just received the car finely after 3 months due to a bad ecu ..I put probably 70 miles on it today .. ive not checked the trans oil due to a snow ice storm .It has had a new auto-zone (i know roll eyes) clutch kit installed and everything was bled but this was 3years ago .... I...

90 Talon 5-speed -awd ...Ok soooo now that shes moveing under her own power after the 91 ecu swap every thing is great ....BUT...... Well when you drive normal its fine but when you try to shift over 4500 rpms its like 2d isint even there no grinding NOTHING like the gear...

Just went threw the same thing...... it was in the ECU .. and youll need a new one or get the one you have repaird ...The CAS injectors nothing would work unless a hot wire was ran to the CAS then everything worked well it was in the ECU.Good luck man.

even if its a auto ecu ?

yah i just wanna get the right ecu that goes in the car.. im trying my best to do it right . seams i found a ecu .. i dont know if its eprom or not yet .. Or if the part numbers match but ill keep you guys posted.MD145903 is the ecu number i need saysVisual Frequently...

Ok so the problem was the ecu 100% with the no start unless you run a hot wire to the CAS.Anyways well he got the new ecu in and therw it in .. well it fired up on its own and all the gauges going wacko and reving well the ecu is for a auto 91-94 lol but the car ran under its own power...

well i went to the local core house and there's a ton of 4g63's 1 of them looks brand new .. i mean 100% clean block head the the whole thing looks spotless .But anyways im trying to find a 1g long block to have ready ...Can anyone help me with were the casting numbers are on these...

i thought a 20g 22-24psi was a fair amount of boost.Im just gonna go with a tubular 02 housing 2.5 inch and a 3" exhaust and go from there ...

Sooo ... If i stay with 2.5 o2 housing to the back of (no cat) a bullet muffler think it should be fine then... ?

Yah i also thought boost creep was by having a smaller exhaust and the air flow now leaving fast enough..I guess the 3" exaust is a no go then .... but i will only run the 16g for a few months and then grab the 20g . I guess 2.5 should be ok .... i just thought while i have someone who can...

6k aint to bad i guess it has some decent mods for sure but before you sell it i would try to move the front mount over a little to make it look more clean but i think it looks sick for sure.

I had a problem with a 2.0 in a colt but it was a brand new starter from Autozone the gear that hit the flywheel was the wrong one it would even bind up and i would have to pry it back .Geez hope you dont have to change the fly wheel with all that grinding
