The short answer is yes. This is an old thread but a good one. The garrett CHRA will fit onto the dsm housings but the hotside will require some porting. I suggest using the compressor housing that comes on the nissan and finding piping that will accomidate you intercooler setup but, the dsm...
for the alignment i always recommend Prestons wheel and tire center in la mesa. mostly known for trucks but do alot of import work. ive taken three cars there and sent at least 4 others with good reviews. they will even install a camber kit for free if you have it there for an alignment which...
come kick it at my house.. im having a few other dsmr's over to hang out on text me for my address if you wanna cruise by. 619-715-1879 and tell me who you are if you text me please
gotta put the vinyl back on the roof..finally tuned my car a little bit. im running it on the rich side to be safe till i install the fmic. but 14 psi feels really good and if i break boost i can now make all 14 psi at 2800rpm with a 16g. super happy with my setup and thanks to juan ill be...
sorry bro bu this is incorrect. my head has a 16 casting number and 1g big ports on it. the port sizing depend on whether you fing the car an a mitsu or a hyundai. and about the head stud torque, i plan on running 25 psi when i hook up my cyclone manifold and dont want to take any chances.
I have just completed the swap and absolutely LOVE it.:D I found the head at a local yard for 60 dollars. The machine shop said it was mint and just to run it. I added BC 272 cams and arp head studs set at 110ft/lbs. I Highly recomend this swap if your doing a H/G replacement or need a new...
got my 1g started after the 1.6 head 272s and 16g. VERY happy with this setup. at only 7 psi i love it and i will be tuning for 15 psi when i get everything wired up
the chunk of metal needed to cnc one will be expensive not including tooling and programming. i want pics when you get this. good to hear that some one had the stones to try this
Im assuming you meant spark cover, although, a CNC valve cover would be extremely cool. and i can make these at work. i work nights with CNC machine and the program would only take me a week or two to write. what would you want it to say or look like?
:D
+1 for kris about my head build. super budget e85. got everything back from hopsing and cams are installed along with 3g lifters. new spring and retainers. should be interesting with a 16g. and its a 4g61 NON turbo head so the ports are 1g sized :)
2g greddy fmic with full piping. this is the 24v big ass one. 400 wit a type-s 350 without2g 3" straight pipe exhaust on a megan test pipetons of stock rims with random tires...obomisc partscomplete running 6bol...make offer.619-715-1879
it works fine. but i tore the diaphram when i was reinstalling re-assembling the one on my 1g. and just want another one. for my other car. till i get the upgrade diaphragm i ordered.
im not hating on the dodge garage or others. your car is faster and better running than mine and it wouldnt suprise me that with your setup and know how a 1g bov is better. i just want a bolt on that sounds cool when still recirc'd. i was only trying to say that when hooked up properly the dodge...

All the injectors are pulsing and not just stuck open (i have done what you and kris suggested), but I have access to another ecu and will try that next. And thanks for the info on changing the oil I would not have thought of that.
I have double checked everything near the fuel rail and even went as far as to replace the return line. the leak is running down the exhaust side of the head.
Two months ago I bought a 92 gsx with a blown head gasket. After I took it apart, got the machine work done, and reassembled the motor I got all new belts and gaskets.. When I tried to start the car it would NOT start. At this point I checked for leaks and found a massice puddle of gas, yes...
