    Yea, bolts right on to the turbo and the pan. Those things are a pain to seal sometimes. I would recommend gray RTV. Use fresh 1g return line gaskets on both ends.

  6. Idle Surge ONCE AGAIN. What could it be??

    Why is your TPS set at 10%? It should be 0 with throttle closed...Check that the switch is actually making contact with the throttle return spring when the throttle closes. It should contact, and close the switch circuit.
