It sounds like a ticking noise. If I had to compare it to something, I'd compare the noise to marbles vibrating against something. I don't know. I def don't want to pay for a TOB if that isn't the problem. I'll try to get someone to check it out. I really want to restore this car.
Yea, it's only in neutral when it makes the ticking noise. The ticking noise goes away when I switch into any gear.Should I go ahead and buy a throwout bearing instead?
