How bad was the 2g throttle body leaking, also have you check to see if the throttle blade on the 1g throttle body might have been installed upside down, ask because the edge of the blade is angled slightly and if up side down it might not be sealing properly.
If it was idling steady at 750 rpms with the old injectors but now its higher after the 450 injectors were installed could you possible have some leaks at the injector seal in the intake manifold, any extra air after the maf could cause idle issues.
I'd start with the small wire going to the starter to see if its loose or has a partial break, never herd of a relay going out either they work or don't, worst case ignition switch.
You could grind off any burrs or raise that it has caused to the gasket as long as it doesn't effect the rubber part, clean everything real good and put a small amount of rtv on both sides of the housing where the gasket goes and try that should seal.

Does it not start mainly after setting for a couple hours, but start right up after a couple of minutes of setting if so pull you vacuum line on you fpr and see if there's fuel in it. Could be loosing fuel pressure in system due to faulty fpr, and its just priming the system when your cranking it.
