Buy that car. Put that head on it. Make it run. Sell it for 1000$. Don't know how much the new used head was. But 300$ car + the used head= profit when it runs..... And buy one with a 4g63 in it if you want to make power. I Garrenty your kick your self if u dump money into it tht your never...

Was the head machined? Did you use a new head gasket..? Did you tq in the right sequence the first time...?

Mite want to just listen to everyone's advice and re torque them... And if that's not the problem it's one more thing to check off on diagnostic side...

That's something to talk to the mechanic who's doing the work... The new used motor mite have the stock ones still on or he has to swap yours over if it doeset come with any..

You don't need any sticking out to weld a nut on.....

You can Weld the inside of a nut on it and use a socket and it will come right out

Why not just put the motor mounts on it and put it in and clip all the wires on and turn the key....? Would take less time than taking everything out and putting it back in after you run it

It is widely used in drag racing. Big turbos will take a year to spool on the line with 2step/anti lag. that's why they spray them.....
