The funny thing is that I have one on here for sale. Paid about $325.00 a few years ago for it. A guy inquire about it a few days ago. He ask me to send pictures so he can see it. I took a few with my phone and sent them to him. He specifically wanted to see the logo. Then he text me back and...
It sounds like the head gasket. Get a compression test to make sure. It will get worse overtime . I had that problem and I tried everything else with no avail. I was about to get a compression test or leak down test but my car got flooded in hurricane Sandy before I had the chance.
You already have the 190 Walbro, get the 3inch catback, Evo 3 16G , ECM Link or Maf Translator, with some 550cc injectors and upgrade your intercooler. Nice little set-up
Polyurethane is the best way to go but its on the expensive side. Duraflex is also good quality and reasonably priced. I love the Blitz body kit, but that's just me. Just love the way the front bumper looks, so aggressive.
First try changing your radiator cap. Could be that its not holding the pressure. If the problem still persist, get a Compression Test done on the engine. Your head gasket might be blown
I washed mine, cleaned inside and out thoroughly. I then went for a drive. I love to hear my blow off valve sing, so I did that a couple times well while driving, lol.
I had that same problem for a while. My mechanic adjusted the tension of the belt and it went away. A few months later it started doing the same thing and I had to adjust it again. I had to replace the alternator and when I did, the noise went away.
Sounds like it is not receiving any fuel. You should check the fuel pump to see if it's operational. Check the MFI/MPI relay to see if it's plugged up properly. It's definitely fuel related.
Sounds like the engine is not receiving enough fuel at higher RPM . Check your fuel filter to see it's clogged up or check out your fuel regulator. If not, check into the fuel injectors for any blockage.
