At times like this its usually a good time to upgrade and go with the exhaust you want. Why bother going stock if you plan on upgrading later? If you want to stick to stock for good then I would try getting in touch with Mitsubishi graveyard or dsmgraveyard maybe. Have you tried any junkyards?

They are hard to find for sale out here. Found one for my brother for 650 but it had no motor. When you do find them they are usuailly not worth what people out here are asking

Well I have seen plenty dsm's but Im thinkin they are into the whole " street racing" thing out here. It would be alot easier to meet some dsmers if I wasnt in the middle of my build.

If rebuilt right it is because the assembly lube. Once you run it for a little and get some oil running through it, that should get it rotating more smoothly
