Assuming that you did a correct boost leak test, I would lean next towards ignition. You have no fuel mods so I don't think the issue lies there. I would say to go back over your boost leak test. So many people get on here saying that they've done a thorough BLT and just kinda gave it a visual...

I noticed that you mentioned the car has a Greddy Type-S. Is the BOV vented to atmosphere or recirculated? If it's VTA that could be a contributing problem to it wanting to die like it is. I'm not saying it's your problem, but I have encounter this issue myself.

You should have had to take the cup holder/ash tray out to reveal what you are looking at in this picture. That particular light illuminates the ash tray, so if you are sitting in the car with the center console to your right, it goes on side that is closest to your right thigh.
