    Can i use my 14b to fix my 16g?

    All parts if the turbos are interchangable, but the back plate in the 14b id recommend being machined to fit the 16g compressor wheel where it sits, since it's smaller.

    I wouldnt even bother with the MAFT unless u want to vent the BOV to atmosphere. I use just the SAFC with no issues. If you want to use both anyway then just set the MAFT to base setting for whatever size injectors your using. Then fine tune with the SAFC. Too much of a PITA to "fine tune" a MAFT.

    Safc neo tuning problems

    650's are known to be the max the SAFC can tune (compensate) up to. Anything bigger you will run rich and you cant do anything about it. For some even 650's are too big for it. SAFC is a cheap easy way to run more boost, not always the best or most recommended method.

    If your on a budget, get a SAFC to tune those injectors, put a wideband on there as well, a boost controller and a walbro 255 fuel pump, with that setup you can easily run 23-24psi. I'd suggest if you cant afford a afpr then get a NA FPR and use that. This will get you in the 300hp range.

    There bleeder type BC's, they bleed off to allow the wastegate to open later, so yes they will leak air, its normal. You will also hear them sucking air in under vacuume during idle, which is also normal. I'm not a fan of them but i do use one.

    I had the same problem, 2 of the corners of mine stripped out. I just got longer bolts with a head on em, put it through and put a nut on the other end to tighten it. Works even better and no grinding, drilling or tapping needed.
