What do you mean ground strap. There was like a piece of electrical tape that fell off. Connectors and fuses are all good. Just the antenna is stuck in the upward position. It WORKED! Idk what happen. My killing myself with this stuff.Radio works fine. Stations turn, just no sound. I am stuck...
