Just use the K&N filters that have a 1" nut on the end. That is what I use. I believe it is HP1005. I put my filters on snug then take a wrench and do another 1/4 turn. I have stiff motor mounts and they have been known to vibrate a filter off. The nut on the end of the K&N's is pretty handy...

I got it. The tech note was specifically talking about tuning with a non-liquid gage. Maybe like you said, tune it with a regular gage then switch to a liquid gage.Regards Greg

Check your coolant temp sensor and get an AFPR. That 255 is over running your fuel pressure regulator.Greg

For not much more money, you can get a set of Manley Rods. They are rated to 650HP. I believe the stock rods are rated to around 450. I know the Manley rods are pretty well balanced right out of the box and come with ARP bolts.Regards Greg

Your gage is bad. You seem to have it hooked up correctly. Your vacuum is in line at idle with the cam profile you have. Switch gages with one of your buddies and see if it doesn't work correctly.Regards Greg
