The way you're describing, to me sounds like a fan/ breathing issue. When you're getting up on boost the front mount is at its hottest point and all that hotter air is blowing into the radiator, not allowing it to cool enough, and when you come to a light that's when your fans should kick on...

That wont work, you'll have to get the harness from another vehicle because the harness has to get power to the passanger side. You could run your own set of wires to each side and make it work. Just get the conectors from another vehicle, and run power and ground then run wires to the other...

Ya on the AWD yes you pull the transmssion off by its self. On the t-case there is the 3 lower bolts (i think its 3 lol) then 2 up top. The one on the very top can be tricky to get to, but when they are all off i pry the t-case off no problem!:thumb:

I would check out the bushings, also did you ever check the clutch fork? I just know because i had to put the pedal to the floor to shift, even all the way pressed at a light 1st gear would still role :coy: Out of no where it snaped in half. I would just check to make sure its not bent or wore...

From what it sounds like is a big vacumm leak, when its cold the leak is shrinking and sealing, then when it gets hot it expands and opens up the leak, I would do a boost leak test on your intake. Do it cold then warm

Its been a long time since I have driven my talon but from what you are describing it sounds perfecty normal. I wouldn't worry about it at all, just drive it and enjoy the boost and not think twice about :thumbup:

Ya just like gmtech121 said, when you take the pressure off the piston it is just spinning freely. There is no load on it to bang against the crank. But hopefully its something easy or it may be time for a sweet rebuild:hellyeah:
