Got new battery terminals and they look clean, as of now the buzzing stopped and only clicks when the key is turned. At this point I think it maybe the ignition switch but not 100%
I have narrowed the Buzz noise down to the I guess its the starter relay MB398020 and the MPI relay E8T08474 ... I tested the mpi relay pin 5 & 6 for resistance but nothing shouldn't I get 90 ohms? how can I test the starter relay ?Brand new Ecu I check for any leaks/Burns and nothing...
hey guys i need some quick advice i was driving today turned off the car and when I attempt to turn it back on I just get a buzz noise from the radio area the starter does not crank over or anything . no fuses are blown thar i can see car has a new starter and battery . any ideas ?
Thanks , I was doing some in car pulls and my B&M oil cooler exploded (for the second time) then after I fixed that my intercooler clamp broke :mad: cant win... but more coming as soon as I get some new clamps :hellyeah:

Its like I get the airflowperrev at .25 using the 50hz slider then the ltft lo goes up then i adjust to get that down then other things change its like a game or my car is possessed:rolleyes:

Hey guys I have been searching every where on what I should do to get my 1650bm to cruise/wot properly it idles pretty good but I'm having some part throttle issues . Before I switched over to e85 today I did BLT and had some 650cc injectors in running 93 and every thing was great boosted 12psi...
Today I worked on the Voltage/deadtime and I have a very smooth Idle but part throttle is terrible from 3000+ rpms this is with 93 tomorrow I will be using e85 and seeing what happens from there.. btw this is on Bluemaxx 1650 my global was -61.1% deadtime 415
How high was your dead time and what did you use for global ? I set my global to 71 using the calculator and I have had the dead time as high as 1400 with not much change in part throttle...:(
I currently have the BM1650 and part throttle is terrible :( im looking into getting the easy tune right now . Idle is fine but its when i get to 2500-3000 rpms it studders while cruising making it hard to get past 3400rpms...:(
Yea but what about the height of the intercooler ? from the way it looks from my angle it seems as though there will be a gap from the top of the intercooler to the bumper .... Unless he is using a 2ga bumper
I uncheck the Anti-lag and even raised the 2step in case it was engaging while at 2300-3000rpms . I took a look at my 90 cas and the wires are brittle and frayed so Im in the market for a 93-94 cas..
I have a COP set up and I swapped the blue and blue/black wires used from the original coil pack so would I still need to check that box although I did that manually?I have gotten most of my knowledge from the demos on the link website and here but I still need to get logged on the link forums
No boost leaks and I have Solid motor mounts , not sure if that would make any difference. I have included an idle log and cruise log . In the cruise log when i get to around 2400rpms it bucks so I let off . Also the BoostEST does not match my gauge and the wideband log does not match the actual...
I have some cruise logs but every time i get to 2300-2500rpms it hits a brick wall :confused: and I get knock (3-4*) at first i thought it was fuel cut but my wideband goes crazy 10-13-12-11-15 etc... Thanks so far guys I will keep trying to get that isc to 30 and the ltft down then I will post...

Okay I will order another one. When the timing connector is ground on link should the timing I am logging on link move when I move the cam angle sensor or does it stay at 5.0*?

Thanks Calan I will do this today , But I do not have a timing cover at the moment because it cracked when my cam gear gave up :mad:... I have read another tread about setting base timing with no timing cover , it has a video but it doesnt work . Does any one have more info on how to do this ...
I did a blt, the intake mani gasket was ripped so I replaced that did another blt and only leak I found was the hallman mbc at the knob how can I fix that?

Well i have a set of aem tru gears on the way should be here on weds. I usually put loc tight on the bolts and i didn't this time and when i took the gears off the exhaust one was not as tight as the intake ....
the belt was not crazy tight and was with in spec , but not playing the blame game i send my head out to a machine shop to get some work done and my head had the cams and gears attached but when they sent it back it was missing the gears and they just sent me a set they had "laying around" they...
