yeah, same one i have in the talon. cut the existing wire at the ecu to pin 75 (leave enough to connect the new wire to the ecu. solder the white wire from the gauge (0-5v) to pin 75 on the ecu. I'l check the exact settings in my dsmlink when i get home
which AEM is it. .. also, you can simulate narrow band, it makes tuning easier. AEM hooks up to dsmlink just fine.is it the one that the sensor hooks to the gauge and then the white 0-5v wire comes from the gague?... because I have that in one of my talons, and the white wire to pin 75 works...
You need to disconnect your rear o2 and wire the 0 to 5 volt wire from your wideband to pin 75 on the ecu. Then change the pin settings in dsmlink accordingly.
My last build went 9.5:1 2L and hit a wall at 24lbs. Meth in the tb elbow allowed me to push 33 lbs with room, but I didn't want to push the turbo and ran out of injectors. So i tuned to 30. Stock cams atm.New block is for another eclipse, 2.3L at 10.5:1 gsc s2 cams. Hasn't been installed...

We need to know what wideband controller it is... the actual o2 sensor doesn't matter. follow the wire coming from it until you find a controller box. looks like the big black thing in the below picture
under ecu inputs tab on the bottom left of the ecu config. change front o2 from 'factory/none to your wideband. do the same with mdp and intake temp. mdp is your map sensor, and intake temp is likely a gm intake sensor.
you need to fix the pin assignments before the log will be useful.the 3.0 volts lowered your hc gpm and co gpm to passing levels.your nox gpm is now failing, which means too lean.In short, 3 volts was too high.. 2.65 would probably be about right2.41 volts

You also need to configure the pin assignments in the top of the ECU Inputs tab. Once you configure the front 02, mdp, and intake temp at the top, click on the save pin assignments. You will then be able to log those values, which will be a huge help.Most importantly... your speed density map...
Under the NBO2 sim tab, your switch over point is set to 2.41, it should be set to 2.49... you are running rich as a result. Before emissions (park right around the corner), change it to 3.00 volts. This should cause you to idle closer to 18:1 afr. Drive around the corner to the emissions...
You have dsmlink... if your wideband is wired to the rear or front o2, then upload a log and I will give you a tune that will pass emissions. And you should throw the bpr7es and bpr6es in the trash. Go buy br7es and gap them at .022.... The protruding tip will make your plugs prone to blow-out.
neither transmission is in the car, however one of the transmissions is bone stock. I can likely tell based on the rtv used.. I'll take a look next time i go to the storage unit

clutch is not fully engaging. this will destroy your syncros in the transmission. adjust your clutch pedal by backing out the master cyl rod. when you can depress the slave cyl using your finger then you have backed it out enough.
