I got the problem fixed. It was a problem with the connection of the SAFC, then I adjusted the BISS and the throttle cable and the problem is fixed.

I purchased the car with a FMIC, SAFC and a crappy fuel regulator. The rest is stock. Im trying to fix this car after being sitting down for so long (9 months afghanistan deployment) This used to be my daily car.

I have done everything that has to be with leaks check. I replaced a lot of parts already. I found out that the problem is with the AFC.

The car has the oem injectors. I dont have any data. Im trying to figured out somebody else mistake, i think.

Let me ask you, that means that if the AFC is not set right by the moment that I unplug it, the car is going to be wrong?? And how I know the right settings?? That was in the car when I got it. From where I see it looks like the AFC has some kind of soldering to the ECU. Tomorrow Im taking a...

Because I use my gps and the gps in marking a speed and the car is marking a different speed. I have the OEM rims with oem tire size. I need to check the fuses. Thanks

Ok, here I go again. Like I said before, my car was sitting down for 9 months while I was at Afghanistan with the ARMY. Now when Im driving my car, the speedometer is not marking the right speed. Everything works fine in the cluster. Fuel, temp, and the tachometer. Where I should start?? Thanks.

Try the TPS to see if that works.

Also, remember that our cars are 20 years old. They dont care about these cars anymore.

Ok, I just figured out a problem with my 2g. Now I just got another problem. For some reason my clutch pedal stays down sometimes, then I have to pull it out using my foot. Where I should start?? I replaced my clutch few months ago. Thanks for the suggestions.

With the AFC it was running a little bad, now im feeling the car again like normally!!!

I just got the problem with the car. It was the Apexi AFC, I unplugged it and idle ok, I plugged it back and the revs went high again. Im so glad that we can figured this thing out. Thanks everybody for the help and the advises!!!

Im still thinking about this. Last time that a person worked in my car was installing an apexi afc. Did you think that can be that is not working properly?? I remembered that he told me that I cant remove the AFC because something with the ECU, I cant remember so well.

Believe me, I let you know!!! But I dont see the exit for this. I spent a lot of money already trying to fix it!!!

I had been trying to find the solution for this like for a month!!! I believe that a guy that was working in my car did something wrong because he wants the car. The car was fine till the day that he knew that I was leaving for the Army!!! Im so desperate with all of this!!

Ok. I build a Boost leak tester, and I found a broken hose right over the manifold, is that vacuum??I replaced the hose but the revs keep going high after the 10 minutes mark. No idea yet!!

I just replaced the ISC and still doing the same. Now it happens after 10 minutes of the car being on. Im loosing my head with this 2g. About to send it to the junk yard. Anyone around the Houston, Texas area that can help. Thanks.
