I'm here for a whole year attending Wyotech, and without my dsm for fear of Californian laws. What's good to do around west sac?

So I've had this problem for a long while. For a while i had 2g maf and 550's and had a crazy lean problem...Well now I've gotten dsmchips ecu programmed for the 2g maf and the 550's. Changed out the fuel regulator, new ECU... Last motor went bad so i changed out the motor for a rebuilt...

One of my intake rockers came off and I found it in the head while doing an oil change. What can cause this? My guess is valve float but what do you think?

So I bought this regulator from Jeff at dsmchips a while back. It worked great till recently it failed on me, pushing fuel out the top and vacuum port. He has given me the option to replace it or do a part refund and I was wondering if anyone knows if this is worth trying again.
