How much does it normally cost to get the strut tower rust fixed? Just trying to get a general idea on how much others paid

Can i use a 1G laser ported head and have a straight swap to a 2G talon? It also blew a head gasket so do you think it would have done a lto of damage to the head?I know this is class 1 neebie question but oh well.
