Have you tried taking off your MBC and blowing in it? I can blow about 19psi. Back it off so it's got no resistance, then blow threw it while tightening the screw till you can't blow threw it. Then put it back on. If you can't tighten it up enough that you can't blow threw it, it's toast. Or...

I would say you most likley bent your valves. Doing 20 or 100 your motor doesn't care. 2 things can't be in the same place at the same time at any speed. Compression test.

+1 on compression test. If you have bent valves allready, all the timing in the world wont start your car. Sounds like your belt jumped a few teeth, fix that first.

The 2g heaters work well. You have a problem. Thermastat or core or cables to your controller. Anyone who thinks a heater core is a too much trouble to change lives somewhere hot, and probably never scraped ice off the inside of their windsheild.
