Back it off so it's got no resistance, then blow threw it while tightening the screw till you can't blow threw it. Then put it back on. If you can't tighten it up enough that you can't blow threw it, it's toast. Or...

The 2g heaters work well. You have a problem. Thermastat or core or cables to your controller. Anyone who thinks a heater core is a too much trouble to change lives somewhere hot, and probably never scraped ice off the inside of their windsheild.

I like the fact that you make power lower in the RPM's as our tranny hates high RPM shifts. I would suggest a smaller turbo on the 2.4 to get on boost sooner. What are your HP expectations?
