BOV is tightened down. I'm also experiencing rather high oil pressure at lower to mid range RPM's.

Fuel Pressure is good. Still floats around the same 43 PSI or so, that it's supposed to. The head that was on it before, was just a stock head that had a minor valve job and slight porting to clean up the runners. The new head that I put on to replace the old one is the same exact thing.
