Since they are both 90 models, all the wiring, shifter, and cables should be the same. You will need to use the AWD flywheel and clutch, bolt the FWD engine to the AWD trans, use the AWD axles, and everything should just be a normal swap. As far as I know the engines should be the same. Just...

Could you have broke or cut into any wires while performing the wire tuck?

It might be an axle. Jack your car up in the front and put it on jackstands. Then, grab your wheel and move it side to side, then in at the top and out at the bottom. Come back and let someone know if there was any play at all.Sorry, then do same thing to back end of car.

With the egr blocked off and all vacuum lines capped, you should start just fine. Will it not start at all, or just a pita to get started? What is the weather and temp like outside when this happens?

Well it's all 10mm bolts though I'm not sure about the thread pitch. Just take one from the top of your fender under your hood to a hardware store, they should be able to tell you. Any auto part store should be able to also. Good luck.

If it's a vacuum leak, you should be able to hear it pretty easily. My egr leaked once and sounded just like an exhaust leak. Have you done a compression test or leak down test?

You do not have to be tuned to run those mods, though you'll be able to get the most out of your setup if you are tuned.:thumb:

yes, if the cam lobes do not open and close the valves when they're supposed to, then when you're piston comes up to TDC, there's basically an open door for the compressed air to go though, thus no compression. If you have problems on both intake and exhaust side, I'm seriously doubting that...

The belts are on the driver side, it's a 4G63, here are some pics of the engine bay with the trans in and a few engine parts, notice the 6 bolt crankshaft.
