Hi guys.
Could somebody please tell me the part number of the bolts that fit the bracket that i marked in the enclosed picture? I am not quite sure which is the right one
Well, I am running an Earls filter on my 68HTA since 3 years now and the turbo didn't die yet :hmm:..but my car is not a dd and I only drive it to have fun - so not much off boost driving
Maybe some electrical gurus can give me an answer on how these problems interrelate to each other. When I first tried to start my 98 spyder gs-t after an engine rebuild, I noticed that my alternator does not work. The light in the tachometer stayed on after I started the car. So I took the...
Man, don't be dumb and buy a 1g bov from the states. Since you are from scandinavia you should easily get an evo mr bov for half the price in your region. You can also try ebay uk.Regarding the exhaust I would look through the classifieds here in this forum. When I converted my spyder to...
Here in Europe? Link? :thumb:Regarding the turbo, why don't you consider running an Evo III 16G?
I know you have many Evo IIIs over there in the Netherlands or at least many companies that import Evo IIIs from Great Britain.
You should take a look at this:Engine Coolant Temperature SensorApplies to All
Note:
There are 3 sensors in the thermostat housing:
The A/C temp sensor is in the upper half of the thermostat housing
The instrument cluster temp sensor is the smaller single wire tap...
Your car isn't called Galant GXS, it's called Galant GTI 2000 Dynamic 4 ;)We got plenty of them here in Europe, just search Ebay...This guy in Austria for example sells a cylinder head, the wiring harness and the ECU for 150 total.galant 4g63 16v zylinderkopf für den 2,0l 16v...
Hey Doom!:DI have the same problem right now, only difference is that I am 4G63 powered.
I can start both fans via ecmlink without problem but the fan won't start automatically.
I didn't have the time yet to look up the coolant temp via ecmlink, but I will do for sure when I am done with...
If you are just looking for better airflow then I would highly recommend an EvoIII Manifold. The runners are nearly half the lenght of a stock 1G ITM. :thumb:Sry, I did not see that you are talking about a 1G head. So that doesn't work for your friend.
1. Yes, you have to change the spark plug wires because Link only runs on 1995 ECUs.2. Don't know exactly, but they can handle very high hp numbers.3. COP is the same wiring as for problem No. 1.
Woaah, I am so jealous on you 1G guys!!!!If KW suspensions are rated 5 stars, Öhlins (not Ohlins) must be rated with 8 stars. How much is a set? 8000 bucks?
Because of an ACL bearing failing in my built block, I am driving an 4G63 non turbo block right now on my car (10,4 compression). With 0,8 Bar boost on the HTA68 and 95 octane I see no knock - never.I produce that boost at under 3.2k rpm :hellyeah:
Instead of putting some wierd looking vents in the hood, I would just take longer bolts and metal sleeves to bring the hood up a litte on the mounts (don't know how this is called in the english language).Like this german guy on his time attack evo:
First of all thank you for the help so far.Should I feel it during the shifts that the pivot ball is off?
Because shifting is as smooth as always. There is just the problem that the car dies on stops.
Yeah, I tried to adjust the clutch pedal assembly but I couldn't adjust it properly because I would have blocked off the clutch master cylinder reservoir.
As mentioned in the topic, when do I have to shim the pivo ball. I know I have to when i resurface my flywheel, but what symptoms would it cause if I forgot to do it?I am asking this because my car stalls during shifts that take longer and when I have to stop the car fast. I am sure that the...
He guys,i am in the need of a replacement piston pin for my 1400 HD Wisecos. Now Extremepsi hast 4 options on the replacement pin. Can anyone tell me which one is the right for me?EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance PartsThank you!:thumb:
Just one question: Did you update your ECU and Software to the latest version?I have also connection problems with the latest version. Everythin works just fine until I want to save some changes to the ECU. Then the connection aborts and I can't connect again until i reboot the laptop.
The quality of the GReddy TI-C is top-notch.
I have never seen a better catback system so far regarding build quality and materials. If you put it next to a HKS system you would think the HKS is a ebay muffler ;)
+1I had the GReddy on my Spyder for 3 years. Really unique and great sound. After my AWD Swap I will put on some Apexi AWD Piping and weld the GReddy muffler back on again :thumb:
Currently i am running a 18x8 ET 35 Wheel on my DSM.To clear the calipers in the front, i had to put 7mm spacers on each side.
Clearance on the calipers in the back is no problem...
A 2L 4G63 has a 88mm Crankshaft in it. If you put the Crankshaft from a 4G64 engine in, you got 12mm more stroke which is a gain of 0.3L in displacement.
Wednesday night would be awesome! :hellyeah:No, I am just a little nervous because it is a PITA to get those sleeves here in Europe.
Dude, I was even searching for 2 years to find a GSX as a donor car. How many AWD DSMs are currently registrated in Europe? No more like 30 i guess...
No problem! :thumb:I also checked CAPS but can't find the illustration for those parts... :ohdamn:Okay, so i could find the upper and lower stopper bushings @ jnztuning.com.
So this problem would be solved. LOLRegarding the metal sleeve, maybe someone could tell me the measurements of...
