Definitely do a full mechanical timing check, just to be on the safe side. You should be 5 degrees at TDC when using the timing gun.

i had this issue but it wasn't my plugs or wires, i had to go into link and uncheck the scan for misfire, it never happened again. it ran amazing afterwards.
