Try testing the voltage at the battery under load. Check all fuses

If you wrapped it in exhaust wrap but you didn't so that doesn't matter. Just let it run its new so it will smoke a little. Make sure all the bolts are tight enough and it's not leaking at any of the gaskets.

You can remove all plugs when you do it. You leave the throttle closed just crank the engine and get your reading.

Put whatever you like on your car. I have blue leds for my factory trunk lighting, overhead courtesy lights, and kick panel light down in the front and i like it.

Use some 2000 grit with some plastx. It takes a lot of time if you do it by hand though. Did my headlights and they came out nice.

Accel wires are cheap and high quality. I switched from ngk to accel and have no problems with them.

Ebay Aluminum radiator with fans and shroud for under $200 shipped. Works well and fits nice.

Yes ive seen cars with both slim fans and a 38mm gate off the o2 housing but it all depends on the turbo, manifold, and not all 38mm gates are the same size. But stock a/c fan will not fit only a slim has a chance.

Usually there is one on the downpipe and if you have more than one the other one or two would be near the cat. Some have one before and after the cat some have just one near the cat. My 95 420a eclipse had two total one on the downpipe and one near the cat.

If you really want to go cat less put on a high flow metallic cat and put a electric cutout on the downpipe before the cat if you ever want to open it you can with the push of a button . This is what i'm doing and it works well. I had this on my 2g n/t a few years back. Now on my 1ga talon tsi.

Grab a set of accel 7920y 300+ Thundersports which are great wires for about 30 shipped brand new on ebay.

The motoguys ecu most likely isn't a eprom so you would need to send it to ecm tuning to have it converted in order to get dsm link v3 to tune with. But if you want you can get a safc and a datalogger instead. Also a wideband if you dont have one already.

Get a high flow metallic catalytic converter which flows just as much as not have a cat according to the test at importtuner.com. I run a magnaflow spun metallic cat and still pass emissions plus gain the extra flow.
