MMcd software is free so far it has been good for me. I believe the wheels will fit. You will be fine running synthetic oil. I wouldnt raise the boost over 15psi without fuel mods and a way to tune. Im not real sure what pressures the T-25 is efficient at.

In order to get a good log you need to do a pull in 3rd gear from 2000rpm to redline. Free revving will show some phantom knock. You also need to log timing.
You might want to check your wireing going to your MAF. Dont mean to harp about it but you need a data logger. It will save money and a lot of headache. How are you tuning your GM MAF without one?
Sounds like you are on the right track. Anothe place to look is the connections to the SMIC the in and out of the IC are known to corrode. You can use some J.B.Weld to fill any pitting in the IC.
You can test the TPS with a multimeter. Select ohm on the multimeter,with the throttle closed check between terminals 4 and 1 you should see between 3.5-6.5K ohms. Now check between terminals 4 and 2 move the throttle slowly from idle to full thottle. You should see readings from 1100-5600 ohms...
I agree with the possibility of a fuel delivery problem i.e. fuel pump,FPR, fuel filter. The filter should be replaced and the fuel pump rewired. Once the boost leaks are fixed we will see what happens. check this out Dataloggers if you get and extra 100 bucks it is one of the best investments...

What spark plugs are you running? The NGK BPR6ES gapped at .028 is recommended. You shouldn't Boost the car until its warmed up at least not full boost. Do you have the same problem when its warm? Another thing to check is your TPS TPS Adjustment. Have you checked your ECU?

The Ecu is behind the stereo 4 bolts to remove it. I dont think you have to pull the stereo to get to it I,m not sure. I dont have a stereo so mine is cake to get out. The ecu has to be from a '91-'94 Turbo car. When you get it out and take the cover off if you smell something like fish eggs...
Sounds like your Ecu. Pull it out and see if your caps. have leaked. If you have access to a known good ecu try plugging that one in and see how it runs.
