Im pretty sure the intake manifold bracket is the uncircled holes in the pic. between the balance shaft bolt and the a/c bracket bolts... right in the center of the block

So today i installed my engine and transmission back into my 1990 awd. I found 1 extra hole near the a/c bracket on the rear of the block. Im not sure if there is supposed to be anything that mounts here? Its the hole circled in red in the picture. i know the 4 blue circles are for the a/c...

So my buddy was working on my oil pump while i was doing who knows what in the shop, and after the oil pump got installed i noticed he installed my balance shaft freeze plug the opposite way :banghead: I don't really see it being a issue, but i notice everybody else installed them the other way...

I bought a 2g and it kept dying on me. new battery and alt. Turned out to be where they tapped the boost gauge into the fuse box. Disconnected the gauge and suddenly my car held a charge haha

So I received a new balance shaft elimination kit today. I previously ordered some ebay junk and the cap for the balance shaft hole didn't fit. The new kit that I got was advertised as OEM.. I know the stub shaft is OEM because its in the mitsu sealed package.. but the Rubber coated plug is not...

I uses to have 1 of those valve covers too. clean... but a pita to get it to seal
