By chance is your head hanging up on the ARPs? Like getting stuck? If you torqued the arp nut down and the head was hung up on the stud it wouldnt really clamp the head to the block...that is the issue with mine. Head is flat, block is flat, cosmetic headgasket - pushing coolant due to the head...

I love Rotella T 15w40...but my oil pressure is so high that it's just not reasonable for me to run it. I see 75 ~ 80psi at 3k rpm after a hour of driving...makes it a bit hard to enjoy the 'extra protection'.
I've found that with a better tuning solution, either EPROM, ECMLink or flashing ECU - I had my SAFC zero'd out for long enough that I found it useless/eyesore.

I'd say stick with the TD05H until your ready to go bigger. The 68HTA is a nice turbo indeed but the TD05H 20g isn't far behind it. A better step up with be a HX35 or 40 perhaps. I'm moving to a HX40 here soon once my drain arrives and I figure out how to weld - I'm hoping my cams will make up...
