I tried loosening the cable but it still idles high when hot maybe i did not loosen it enough and i still have to try to move the ground but any other ideas what I should do?

Sounds like it is worth a try, but where can I put the ground cable? I am not too sure where a ground is allowed to be put lol.

Sorry to bring this post back from the dead, but for a 95 talon tsi would the 4L jug of Castrol be fine to fill it up all the way?

I currently have full synthetic and there is no oil leaks, but the oil is too thin so I am thinking of trying castrol edge 10w30 and later on when summer comes I'll do the lifters if the ticking continues.
