PM meyea I have all the parts but since its ebay turbo I rather not mess with it anymore. it does look lifted but no engine and tranny in yet so no weight holding it down.
So far so good. After separating everything and coming up with a plan on where to start i found it to be a relief. I picked up a head gasket set and started working on the engine all new seals and gaskets since its out ;).
So after some time of not having a dsm I found myself another GSX but it needs some work! I need to put the engine and tranny back in to run. I need some parts though. Im looking for a 14b or t25 since the last owner had bought an ebay one and blew out!

My alternator went out :/! The reason I want an OEM is because auto parts stores alternators go bad really fast bearing starts squealing right away. If anyone has a spare or don't need theirs let me know. Thanks!
I have a friend with a GS-T all stock and it's very reliable never broken down! On the other hand mine is modded and has given me problems lol. The thing about our dsms is that once u start modding it, it runs more of a chance of breaking down...but that's just part of the fun right! Part prices...
The car will just die if they're not connected. I've had that happen to me when a coupler blows out too. The only way u won't have any starting problems without having the piping is if u have a GM maft.
My friend is parting out his 1g and he has Dsmlink in it. In order to get it im wondering can I put it in my 2g as in just switching out the chip in the ecu?

From experience theyr good man... Ive had mine for about a year now I'm boosting 21lbs and no problem with it so far... But I would go with arp studs that way they don't stretch under boost.
Oh and I forgot to mention I would also get some backfire when the fuel would cut off like you said you were having. At first I thought fuel cut but then when I got the keydiver chip it comes with fuel cut delete and it still did the same so backfire is a symptom of it
Yea I know that's the only bad side to it... I mean I tested the fuel pressure n I got perfect numbers like if nothing was bad so I ruled out fuel pump injectors fuel filter or even a crimped fuel hose or line. However the fuel pressure under WOT should be bigger and I guess my fuel pump wasn't...
Read my " fuel problem" posts in my profile man... I checked everything that there was to check and it ended up being my fuel pump! Same exact problem your having turns on runs but under WOT cuts off... If u check for pressure it'll be good pressure but not enough for WOT!!
Like he said you can do the GM+MAFT.. or u can get a recirculate fitting on eBay for the bov... Since I saw stock I would just recirculate and later after some upgrades think about venting out

Try a pipe like I said to get a leverage on it... It was really hard on mine 2... When I got my car it didn't have a bak seat n had been sitting down for about 2 years close to the beach so u can imagine the rust..
Ok so right now I boost 21 lbs to be on the safe side. My ? Is can I boost more and still be safe taking in mind all my mods? I would like to do this Still running on 91 octane.what would be the most I can boost !?
What o2 housing are u running? Your profile doesn't say...from experience I know stock o2 housing causes boost creep under a lot of boost, so u might have to port out the flapper or change to external dump
Like you said u want a safe car so definitely a good boost controller is important u don't want to be thinking your boosting 21 and then step on it and have it spike up and blowing ## engine... That goes for the wastegate too... They both help to eliminate that
I saw you have a ported o2 housing... How much do u plan on boosting? I would check into getting an external wastegate to eliminate boost creep and for boost to hold better
U don't need to hit it!! I just did mine last week all u need to do is put in 2 bolts through the holes close to the wheel studs as u tighten the rotor comes off very easy to do
What I did on mine was get locking pliers n locked it down on the fuel pump assembly nut... Then I added pb blaster to the connection waited 5 min I loosened up the hose side of it with a wrench and a long tube on the wrench to get better leverage on it a but make sure the pliers dont move move...
