    You will have to take the intake off when you turbo it. That will be the easiest thing to do. You can't keep it on because the route the air travels from the turbo to the intake manifold is continuous, meaning there aren't any gaps. You would have to convert your intake to an upper intercooler...

    I wouldn't put ATF in my manual tranny, there is a reaason why its "ATF" and doesn't say "universal tranny fluid". Just go with the royal purple stuff or i just used redline 10w30 and it worked well.

    No, the gears dont need to be off. Just take off the cam caps and take out the cams. Also pay attention to where they were because one is for the intake and one is for the exhaust, dont get them mixed up, they arent interchangeable.

    Then it should bolt up flush? Becuase i physically measured that hole in the old crankshaft (like end of crank to bottom of hole) and it was mathematically deeper than the new one. Would just a spacer fix that?

    If you have the cams backwards then you wouldnt have any compression. For an example, the intake cam in the exhaust cam's spot and vise versa.

    Oil doesn't burn white fellas, coolant does. Oil has a blue tint to it. But yes fuel is black.

    I only thing i could really think of is the oil pump gasket is bad or a bolt isnt tightened all the way. But i would really look to see if its runing down from some place above like the valve cover or cam seals.

    As long as he has all the right fittings and uses common sense, it shouldn't be a problem.

    I was just asking because the pressure from the head is usually significantly lower than the oil pump or filter housing. I dont think you have anything to worry about, i havent heard of anyone having too high oil pressure problems from the head.

    Well you could just buy a machanical oil pressure gauge kit then all you would need is a place to tap into the head. Why do you want to know the oil pressure at the head?

    The high pitched squeal one is the hks SSQV i believe. And yeah your best chance of passing smog is getting all stock stuff.
