What is best sequence to install while on engine stand? I know it doesn't matter on some items. 7 bolt.

Crankshaft pulley
Water pump and PS pulleys
Exhaust manifold. With or w/o turbo?
Front engine Bracket
Thermostat housings
Coolant pipe
Turbo water and oil lines...
I'm considering an accusump with epc valve. I have no a/c or carbon canister. Potentially mount it on top the cross member but rear engine mount is in the middle.. Might be difficult to access however could have valve towards passenger side. Could tilt it above mount? Engine is out now.
