i think my 1g wing must be warped or something cause it will not fit up right and some of the clips to hold it down are missing...what r some improvisions or other ways i could fix it, or would anyone have a 1g wing they would wanna get rid of?

im tryin to take out valves and lash adjusters and some of my lash adjusters (3 to be exact) are stuck in the ports and i cant seem to make them budge...what would you all suggest to get them out...also what would be the best way to pull these valves out because a regular valve spring compressor...

just finished patching up my build and its not wanting to idle for some reason....i fixed a maf problem and helped my problem of it false revving at 3600 rpms, but now it falls on its face....any ideas?
i just got my build done and something is wrong....its only revving to about 3500 to 4000 rpms...almost acts like it has a 2 step on it but doesnt....its idling funny as well...im at a loss and dont know what this could be....is it possibly ignition timing? or something else.......
went to fire up my tsi for the first time and no start.....i had to arc the solenoid for it to start....and when the key is on the cd player wouldnt play....but when u wire it to constant power thats the only time it will play.....im needin some help here....please and thanks lolthe starter is...
well the day has come...tomorrow i throw my injectors in and tune. Its been a long time comin but it finally worked out and im finally finished. Ive never been soo mad when things went wrong with this car or soo happy when things came together. Im happy with the build and will have dyno sheets...
well im close to being finished...all im lacking is injectors....when i last posted, i had 15 miles of fmic piping and it looked haggerd. Now i have made improvements and it looks 10 times better....well i will let you all be the judge

i talked to a buddy about being able to take a honda ecu, do the whole hondata thing, tune with an safc, chrome, fi/c, ems, or some type of stand alone. also using a honda distributer, throttle body, and wiring harness....has anyone heard of this being done?
im working on a transmission for a coustomer and i need to know where the 2 five-bolt shims on the flexplate go, weather it be together on one side of the flexplate or on opposite sides of the flexplate? any ideas?

on this balance shaft delete kit they gave me a stub shaft(which i have already installed) 2 freeze plugs not of the same size, and 1 bearing. i was told i would need two bearings, could i just put the one bearing in and reuse the other one? or would i need to get a new bearing?
im lookin for a new manifold cause i really dont want to run the stock manifold cause their notorious for cracking. Is there a good manifold out there that would be worth investing in, if so which ones. Thanks

i just got off of the phone with a friend of mine and he is sellin me his punishment racing talon for 2500. it has all punishment racing parts from upper i/c pipe to the fmic and everything in between. im pumped up and just in time to get this other one rebuilt also. now i have a 90 and 91 TSi...
just pulled both balance shaft and oil pump shaft out of the block to find that my oil pump shaft is chewed up and the bearing is in the oil pan...im pissed...i just need to replace the bearing on the oil pump side right? :banghead:
