im tryin to take out valves and lash adjusters and some of my lash adjusters (3 to be exact) are stuck in the ports and i cant seem to make them budge...what would you all suggest to get them out...also what would be the best way to pull these valves out because a regular valve spring compressor...

just finished patching up my build and its not wanting to idle for some reason....i fixed a maf problem and helped my problem of it false revving at 3600 rpms, but now it falls on its face....any ideas?

i just got my build done and something is wrong....its only revving to about 3500 to 4000 rpms...almost acts like it has a 2 step on it but doesnt....its idling funny as well...im at a loss and dont know what this could be....is it possibly ignition timing? or something else.......

well the day has come...tomorrow i throw my injectors in and tune. Its been a long time comin but it finally worked out and im finally finished. Ive never been soo mad when things went wrong with this car or soo happy when things came together. Im happy with the build and will have dyno sheets...

i just received my custom o2 housing and dump tube from my buddie ronnie wine aka "secondnature"....the welds are awesome and it fitted up very nicely...custom flange for dump and very light design. I am very satisfied with it and he did a very good job. I would recommend him for fabrication to...

i talked to a buddy about being able to take a honda ecu, do the whole hondata thing, tune with an safc, chrome, fi/c, ems, or some type of stand alone. also using a honda distributer, throttle body, and wiring harness....has anyone heard of this being done?

on this balance shaft delete kit they gave me a stub shaft(which i have already installed) 2 freeze plugs not of the same size, and 1 bearing. i was told i would need two bearings, could i just put the one bearing in and reuse the other one? or would i need to get a new bearing?

i found the timing mark on the crank sprocket, where is the mark on the block?

is the oil pump shaft bearing the same size as the balance shaft bearing.

just pulled both balance shaft and oil pump shaft out of the block to find that my oil pump shaft is chewed up and the bearing is in the oil pan...im pissed...i just need to replace the bearing on the oil pump side right? :banghead:

hey ppl whats up... im new to eagle/mitsu and have discovered that they can be a pain...when i first got the tsi i drove it for about 15 minutes on my way home and the timing belt snapped...i bent 6 valves and my rocker arms on those valves were non existant at that point lol. The thrust bearing...
